For three days this October, Vegas Beauty Unbound will feature a series of events designed to take those in the business of beauty to the next level.
Vegas Beauty Unbound aims to create a conscious awareness of the transforming Beauty Industry. These changes are creating both opportunities and threats for everyone who is a part of it. It will present strategic education & the tools needed to thrive in this new environment, while showcasing breakthrough products and more. Beauty professionals and industry icons will also witness explosive battles that will challenge them in ways that have not been attempted before, while enjoying a host of networking opportunities.
The event starts with The Mane, Style & Face Forum, October 20-21, where industry visionaries will come together and learn the latest in social media, how to leverage Facebook, Google, and YouTube as integrated tools to market, brand, and advance their business.
The Forum will also present a deeper understanding of color, texture and trends that impact style and fashion both locally and globally and discuss the positioning of these trends and their product or service to a global virtual audience. It is all about understanding & learning a new formula to succeed in a changing industry where old business practices that may have caused success in the past, are the same ones that may be hurting many today.
Other Forum events include the New Generation of Beauty Trade Exhibit, that will showcase elite beauty products from 3 areas: Green & Eco-friendly, Latest Trends, and Breakthrough Technology, and the Art & Beauty Unbound Student Competition that presents the most talented students of art, design & cosmetology from across the country showing the world their take on the new era of beauty.
Vegas Beauty Unbound will host a variety of social events. The biggest being the Beauti Gras Halloween Celebration at Body English, October 21st. The over-the-top party will feature fabulous costumes, electrifying lights and the hottest music. This epic celebration will be Mardi Gras done Vegas Style.
The grand finale of this 3 day event is the final salon showdown, Battle of the Strands 2012: Xtreme Beauty where prominent salons collide with small town teams at the Joint, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Five salon teams from across the nation will compete on the evening of October 22nd. The finalists would have endured extreme challenges to emerge as the top 5 contenders. Explosive entertainment, music and extreme beauty are just a few highlights of the night.
