Neal Communities' 45 May Sales Span A Dozen Neighborhoods

Central Park, the popular Lakewood Ranch community, again led the way for Neal Communities in the number of monthly new home sales this month while sales ratcheted up across a dozen of the builder-developer’s Southwest Florida neighborhoods.

On the heels of 19 Central Park sales in April, another 13 homebuyers there contributed in a big way to Neal’s 45 total sales for May. Overall, sales climbed to 245 for the calendar year to date.

The Lakewood Ranch-based company’s new home sales included several in Country Club East — five in the community’s Belleisle neighborhood.

Woodbrook, a south Manatee County community of single-family homes and cottages, showed strong buyer interest with eight sales last month. The Country Club at Lakewood Ranch attracted six new homebuyers, three each in the Edenmore and Miramar neighborhoods.

John Neal Homes, a division of Neal Communities, also contributed to the firm’s sales success this month, adding three sales to overall total.
