Eco>Absorb, the industry leader in green absorbent solutions, has realigned their product line to include new formulas designed to meet the demands of a wide array of industries. The original Eco>Absorb, now dubbed the Standard Formula, was developed to provide a greener, more effective, and less costly alternative to old absorbent solutions like clay. Now, with insight from key clients in manufacturing, automotive, and retail, and a growing slate of emergency first responders and the military taking notice, Eco>Absorb has created a line that includes a solution for each.
“The original Eco>Absorb is still a great product for a wide variety of uses, but we found that many customers could benefit from improvements to the formula.” stated Michael Shannon, company President and CEO. “For example, when our fire department clients tested it, it worked well, but we realized an Outdoor formula designed to be used in breezy conditions would work better for them. Another example is our new Dust-Free formula that clients with sensitive environments can use without worrying about dust. Our goal is to be the leading supplier of environmentally friendly super absorbents. That means listening to our clients and never giving up on the pursuit of new and innovative absorbent solutions for them”
The current line of Eco>Absorb formulas now stands at five: Standard Formula, Dust-Free Formula, Outdoor Formula, Acid / Base Neutralizer, and Oil-Only Formula. All of them adhere to Eco>Absorb’s mission of creating cleaner, greener alternatives to clay, which counts crystalline-silica as an unfortunate ingredient. Eco>Absorb is an all-natural solution with no harmful attributes and is both OMRI Listed and NSF Certified. The company plans to continue to look for new formula opportunities and is currently in R&D with a new proprietary blend that will combine the benefits of Eco>Absorb with other powerful, natural absorbent materials.
“Historically, the options in the absorbent market are not very attractive. They’re heavy, dangerous to breathe and expensive to buy and dispose of. Eco>Absorb solved those issues out of the gate. Now, we have to continue to refine and innovate as we seek to become the leader in the absorbents market of the future.” added Shannon.
