WORKING WITH NETSUITE
Using Velaro’s Live Chat SuiteApp, customers can create leads, contacts and support cases and save them directly to NetSuite from the Velaro chat window. During a chat with a potential customer, the conversation can be passed directly from the chat back into NetSuite, enabling lead generation and the ability to archive chat transcripts right from the chat window. Customers can also immediately track users by their IP address and match that to the record in the NetSuite system, providing real-time access to user account information.
