XOS Digital, Inc., a global provider of sports video technology, today announced the addition of Shawn Adams, Jonathan Kudla and Cam Pepper to contribute to the company’s strategic partnership team. Their additions will help to further connect XOS Digital’s collegiate sports clientele with global brands aiming to reach specific sports demographics in targeted regions across the country. The announcement was made today by Chris McCleary, CEO, XOS Digital.

Shawn Adams joins XOS as director of strategic digital partnerships for the West Coast, bringing more than 15 years of industry experience with him. He is responsible for introducing new brands to the XOS Digital Sports Network, which includes the SEC Digital Network, Big East Digital Network, XOS College Sports and MAC Digital Network. Adams holds a masters of sports administration degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill., and a bachelor of arts in communication graphics from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. He is based in Los Angeles.
Jonathan Kudla also joins XOS as director of strategic digital partnerships for the Greater Atlanta Area and brings more than 10 years of integrated and interactive marketing experience to the team. Kudla will manage regional sponsorship opportunities with collegiate conferences and programs across the XOS Digital Sports Network. He also will provide digital media insights and expertise for all XOS properties and operations. Plus, he contributes experience in interactive media disciplines including display, video, search engine marketing and social platforms. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga.
Cam Pepper joins XOS as director of strategic digital partnerships for Detroit and Chicago, and is responsible for representing the XOS Digital Sports Network. Specifically, Pepper will work to customize advertising solutions including branded entertainments, geo-targeted digital media campaigns and hyper-local sports content offerings to engage regional consumers. Pepper holds a master’s degree in leadership in human service from Bradley University in Peoria, Ill., and previously attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for his undergraduate degree.
