New York, NY (PRWEB) June 16, 2012
SPIRITMUV offers a "Spiritual Boot Camp" throughout the summer and early autumn on Sundays at 2:30 P.M., at the Unity Center of New York City, located at 213 West 58th Street, near Central Park West.
June 17's Sunday Boot Camp, "Returning to the Father," focuses on the practice of Prayer. The June 24 Boot Camp is devoted to "Fasting From Fear." After the July 4 holiday weekends, the Sunday Boot Camp will resume on July 15 with how to study the word of God. Other workshops will be held on forgiveness, love, release, silence, trust, agreement, and worship. There will be no workshop held on Labor Day Weekend.
Reverend Cecilia Loving, the spiritual leader of SPIRITMUV, says "This is not just church -- showing up to listen while someone else does the work. Spiritual Boot Camp requires that participants be centered in God, be disciplined in the Spirit and be accountable to the soul. We dig deeper, go farther, train harder, and break through more barriers than ever have before. And the good news is that we see results. Because we begin to practice the presence of God with more consistency in every aspect of our lives, we witness lasting changes and accomplishments."
In addition to Spiritual Boot Camp, SPIRITMUV is also sponsoring the God is a Brown Girl Too "Hope of Glory" Cruise, which sails from July 29 to August 3, 2013. Registration is now open at http://www.godisabrowngirltoo.webs.com, and by contacting CRUISE ONE – BERT VIGUERAS (800) 619-1694 or (718) 673-9003. The retreat and cruise can be booked now for as little as $50, and participants will receive a $50 credit onboard the ship. The deadline for registration is July 13, 2012. But rooms are limited, so only early registrants will be guaranteed a room.
During both the "Spiritual Boot Camp" and the "Hope of Glory" Cruise, participants will have an opportunity to learn the principles contained in Rev. Loving's books, including her latest book, God is a Lawyer Too: Ten Laws of Unlimited Success, as well as God is a Brown Girl Too and Prayers For Those Standing on the Edge of Greatness.
