Velva Dawn Silver-Hughes, a certified natural health practitioner and crystal healer, has released “Ancient Secrets of the Goddesses” to share the wisdom she has learned from such historical figures as Isis, Hathor, Ixchel and Aphrodite.
Silver-Hughes, who owns the Inner Tranquility Retreat Centre in Longview, Alberta, Canada, says goddesses throughout history have much wisdom to share. She channels this wisdom and pairs goddesses with healing crystals and affirmations to help others find balance and serenity emotionally, physically, spiritually and psychologically.
Silver-Hughes shares her most intimate experiences to help adults of all ages and backgrounds in ways no other self-help book dares.

She thought she had dealt with being adopted as a child when she found her birth mother and father, for example. But when she started on a chapter about Mother Mary, “I realized I hadn’t healed,” she said.
Each chapter addresses one of the 33 goddesses the author has been able to channel. She believes they will help others as they have helped her.
“Humanity has a collective memory of goddesses. They have all left us with these incredible stories, and we need to reclaim them now,” Silver-Hughes says.
