In the wake of its surging popularity, PracticeQuiz.com launches a brand new Linux practice exam geared to prospective Linux professionals preparing for the Linux Professional Institute (LPI) and CompTIA Linux+ certificate exams.
"The Linux certification practice exam is one that we had in mind since we launched PracticeQuiz.com. Since the beginning of the year, we have observed a heightened interest in technical content from our visitors, so we began with Linux practice questions," notes Samantha Tanzer, product manager of PracticeQuiz.com.
The 106 free practice questions are intended to serve as a comprehensive guide to Linux certification study. Due to the nature of the questions, the free practice quiz is most appropriate for those who have studied Linux between six and twelve months. This corresponds to both the LPI Levels I and II, as well as CompTIA Linux+ Powered by LPI certificates.
Practice question topics include: working with the Linux command line, installing and configuring and Linux (and mixed) network, performing Linux maintenance, and network troubleshooting.
"When someone is searching online for free exam practice questions, we hope that PracticeQuiz.com is the first website on their mind," says Ted Chan, founder of PracticeQuiz.com. "So far, we have been highly successful in diversifying our practice exam offerings, but we are still far from finished."
Chan envisions PracticeQuiz.com launching one new exam each month this summer. "We're growing quickly, but I don't believe in sacrificing quality in favor of quantity. All of our content is written by experts in the field and industry--that's really our strong point," he adds.
