MarketCast, a leading global entertainment research firm, announced today that it was acquired by Shamrock Capital Growth Fund III. Since January 2000, MarketCast has been part of Reed Business Information (“RBI”), a division of Reed Elsevier Group plc, a world leading provider of professional information solutions in the science, medical, legal, risk management, and business to business sectors.
