The Fourth Man In The Fire Consulting Group is a global accountability management training firm specializing in the singular expertise of accountability within leadership. As part of their commitment to a global community impact, they are intensifying their efforts under the authority of their Office of Special Projects also known as “OSP”.
“Our firm's position is quite simple,” said David Silverstein, President of the Firm. “We will have a direct and specific impact on those suffering from hunger, lack of education and lack of resources which cause misery, lack of hope and a lack of faith.”
Mr. Silverstein went on to say, “We are going to train and empower the organizations who are doing the day to day work of offering relief to impoverished nations. We want to ensure they have the proper accountability and management skills needed to be hyper-successful and operate in efficiency, which in turn, leads to more resources for the needy.” As part of the global impact initiative within OSP, they will be offering the L/EMSAC (Leadership Executive Management Strict Accountability Certification) and their Accountability Fundamentals Course gratis and at severely discounted rates to non-profit organizations operating in impoverished countries. These two courses will be administered to assist them with accountability practices, management of their resources and leadership. Specifically it will help to ensure accountability practices are adhered to in the number one area of concern that people have with giving to charitable entities. Accountability in the administration of money and aid.
Mr. Silverstein taps his Director of OSP, Mr. Solomon Carter to personally conduct a needs assessment in Haiti for seven days. Mr. Silverstein stated, “I have asked Director Carter to go personally because he represents the tip of the sword in his ability to communicate, understand and perform the kind of boots on the ground assessment that I would like to have.” Mr. Carter will also be delivering clothing obtained through a clothing drive the firm orchestrated with various Atlanta entities.
“I am humbled to lead the Office of Special Projects in our commitment to global impact and represent The Fourth Man In The Fire Consulting Group in this endeavor," Carter said. "I am equally honored to serve and have the confidence of the CEO. I share in the philosophy of the firm both professionally and personally and believe in Mathew 25:40 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for the least of these brothers, you did for me.'”
