Fitness Ireland, the specialty online sports supplement retailer, today announced the relaunch of its Loyalty Points program. The scheme is an innovative new points based loyalty program me open to all Fitness Ireland customers throughout Ireland, and has been inspired by customer feedback and market research. The scheme has also been extended to Fitness Ireland's retails outlet in Dublin's Smithfield Market, just outside the city centre.
The loyalty points systems awards 1 loyalty point for every Euro spent either online at the companies website, or in-store. The scheme rewards customers with discounts off future purchases. Customers can accumulate additional points when they purchase specific on-offer items and the points can be redeemed as part or full payment for goods in future orders.
"The scheme is a way to reward our customers for their purchases. Many of our customers have been buying from our store on a monthly basis for a long time, and this reward scheme allows us to express our appreciation for their custom", said Graeme Conkie, owner of Fitness Ireland.
Customers are automatically registered for the scheme when they make a purchase. A bonus 100 points is award to every new customer, in addition to 1 point for every Euro spend on the companies website, or in their retail store. Points are valid for 6 months and will accrue with every purchase. Customers can choose to redeem their points at any time, with no minimum redemption limits.
