Pin Curls, a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, has been opened by Sarah McGinnis at 1656 W. Chicago Ave., in Chicago’s West Town community, it was announced here today.

Pin Curls offers a comprehensive array of hair style, coloration, treatment and products for both women and men. The salon also offers an innovative “quiet” experience for individuals who simply need a total retreat for whatever the reason.

The interior and exterior of Pin Curls on the northeast corner of Chicago Avenue and Paulina Street have been totally renovated and updated to provide a warm, enchanting salon environment. The interior is tastefully designed with colors, accents and salon features that blend traditional old warm charm and overall contemporary appearance. The attention to detail crafted into the design of Pin Curls is consistent with Pin Curls’ commitment to customer service and the provision of professional, stylish “looks” that meet and exceed expectations.

The creation of Pin Curls and the transformation of the corner property which originally was constructed for a bank has brought a fresh face to Chicago Avenue. Ms. McGinnis, who was mentored by Steve Cowan, Co-Owner and Director of Paul Mitchell – Chicago, and her staff of stylists and estheticians bring a great sense of style to the West Town community and the Ukrainian Village neighborhood.

Ms. McGinnis is a graduate of Paul Mitchell’s comprehensive educational, professional development and business management programs.
