Counterpoint Systems (“Counterpoint”), the world leader in software solutions for rights management, royalty accounting and product licensing has announced two significant additions to its worldwide sales force: Jennifer Schrader, and Marc Trainis.
“We were very fortunate to have found these two veterans of the licensing industry to fill these key roles in the organization,” says Amos Biegun, CEO of Counterpoint. “The demand for our newest License Maestro software has been incredible and we needed professionals on the ground ready to respond to the market.”
Schrader, an account executive representing Counterpoint in the Americas, came to the company after working with Advanstar Communications for nearly three years in Europe. It was there that Jennifer gained her deep understanding of the brand licensing business and endeared herself to leaders in the industry. As an account manager for two of the company’s largest events, Brand Licensing Europe and Licensing International Expo which takes place this week in Las Vegas, Schrader worked closely with clients to ensure the broadest exposure for their companies. “Jennifer has boundless enthusiasm,” says Biegun. “The energy and experience she has brought to Counterpoint has already made a significant impact.”
Trainis, an account executive in Counterpoint’s London office, is responsible for the License Maestro range in Europe. His experience in the promotions and brand licensing industries made him a perfect fit for the UK team. “Marc is a natural people-person,” says Biegun. “He knows the business intimately and works hard to provide the solutions our clients truly need.” Before joining Counterpoint, Marc worked with such brand icons as Apple, Shell, UPS, Visa, and WWF, among others.
“This is a very exciting time for Counterpoint,” continued Biegun. “We are experiencing unprecedented growth and recruiting top notch professionals to keep us out in front of our competitors,” he added.
