Centennial, CO (PRWEB) June 13, 2012
Greystone Technology Group, Inc., has secured a five-year contract with the City of Centennial to provide maintenance of the city’s enterprise network and general IT services, support and operation. The agreement goes into effect this week.
“We are extremely excited that the City of Centennial selected us to manage their technology needs,” said Greystone CEO Jesse Armstrong. “Over the last 10-plus years, we’ve developed a unique approach to IT that will ensure the city’s infrastructure is running as efficiently as possible — so their staff can continue to concentrate on constituent services while we take care of computer services.”
Centennial City Manager John Danielson agreed that Greystone was an ideal match for the city. "Greystone's unique model of IT support services aligns with the city's dedication to customer service and responsiveness when serving the citizens of Centennial,” said Danielson. “We look forward to achieving the highest level of efficiency in managing the city’s IT capabilities."
Elisha Thomas, assistant city manager and director of support services for the City of Centennial, said that they were impressed with the way Greystone focused on its clients. “We talked to a lot of references, and they all spoke very highly of Greystone,” said Thomas. “They particularly emphasized Greystone’s responsiveness to clients and their impeccable customer service.”
Centennial chose Greystone’s flagship solution, TotalCare, which offers the city complete, 24-7-365 network and user support, system administration, planning, strategy, vendor management, backup and disaster recovery services for a flat, monthly fee.
“TotalCare is the total package because it provides tremendous budgetary benefits by stabilizing an organization’s IT costs,” said Armstrong. “We work closely with clients to develop a comprehensive blueprint for supporting users and managing technology, and then deliver whatever services are necessary to make that plan a success.”
“In all of my years working through technology migrations and transitions, I’ve never had a better experience than I did with Greystone,” said Dave Zelenok, Centennial’s director of public works. “This project has definitely been the smoothest.”
