“We are thrilled to have a property like Diamante Cabo San Lucas join our prestigious network of exchange properties. The setting, amenities, and spectacular golf will be a big draw for our Members ." Andrew Baynton - Business Manager, Resort to Resort

Diamante is an oceanfront master planned community that is nestled on approximately 1,500 acres of pristine land with 1.5 miles of stunning Pacific coastline, located within the city limits of Cabo San Lucas. The Diamante site is located approximately 4 miles, and a 10 minute drive from downtown Cabo San Lucas, and represents the next stretch of oceanfront resorts being developed along the Pacific Ocean heading north from “Lands End” and downtown Cabo San Lucas. The site is accessed from Route 19; the main highway connecting Cabo San Lucas to points north (Todos Santos and La Paz). Phase 1 of Diamante’s fully integrated master planned resort community includes a world-class resort golf course designed by Davis Love III, the Diamante Dunes Course which was recently ranked #58 in Golf Magazine’s Top 100 in the World. The Dunes Course features a cantina with indoor and outdoor dining, golf pro shop and men’s and ladies locker rooms, and the course is complimented by a state of the art practice facility with private hitting bays and slider bar. The 100,000 sq. ft. Dunes Course Clubhouse is scheduled for completion by September, 2012. Beach activities are also available with horseback riding, ATV rides and hiking. Phase 1 of the Diamante real estate development includes: 78 Sunset Hill custom ocean view home sites, 66 Golf Villas and 40 Estate lots on the beach, and 10 Residence Club units, along with 10 penthouse residences atop the Dunes Course Clubhouse.

“The entire Diamante team is very excited to be adding the Resort to Resort exchange program as a benefit available to our Residence Club Members” said Ken Jowdy, CEO of the Diamante Cabo San Lucas Resort. “While many of our Members truly love vacationing in Los Cabos each year, the service will now afford them the opportunity to choose from a wide variety of other international vacation venues available through their R2R Membership”, said Jowdy.

“We are thrilled to have a property like Diamante Cabo San Lucas join our prestigious network of exchange properties. Diamante will be the first of its kind to join the Resort to Resort network. The setting, amenities, and spectacular ocean front golf course will surely be a big draw for our Members” says Andrew Baynton – Business Manager of Resort to Resort. “As resort real estate continues to grow and value added partnerships like these are offered, resort home owners get an opportunity to expand their vacation possibilities to new and sought after vacation destinations.
