A graduate of the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, New York and the Culinary Institute of Napa, California, Chef Lottermoser brings an experienced, East-and-West coast vision to the restaurants at the Renaissance.

Prior to his tenure at these high-profile resorts, he served as Executive Sous Chef at the Renaissance Chicago Hotel, and the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach.
