Mr. Rodriguez has nearly 20 years of retained executive search experience and has conducted retained search assignments for both professional services and private equity firms across the U.S. Over the course of his career, Mr. Rodriguez has led search engagements in a variety of functional capacities including Partner, Practice Leader, CFO, Chief Information Officer, VP Finance, Controller, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Koltin Consulting Group, Mr. Rodriguez was a Managing Director with Waveland Executive Search. Nelson began his executive search career with DHR International, where he served in a variety of capacities including his role as Senior Vice President, in which he had direct responsibility for the firm’s high rate of growth through acquisitions and recruitment of executives. Mr. Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern College in Minnesota. He is married with two sons and resides in Western Springs, IL.
Mr. Knavel joins Koltin from Workbridge Associates, a nationwide recruiting firm where he was honored as the firm’s 2010 Rookie of the Year. At Workbridge, Mr. Knavel helped more clients hire highly sought after candidates for critical roles than any other recruiter in the 400 person firm, doing so by building productive business relationships and focusing on how people will fit in and work together in a company’s environment and culture.
Mr. Knavel earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida. He and his wife Erin reside in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago.
