The CMC Cable FIX™ is a sterile procedure-specific kit, providing a percutaneous, reliable and quick alternative to traditional Ligament Reconstruction Tendon Interposition (LRTI) techniques. The Instratek CMC Cable FIX™ is intended to provide a stable, pain free thumb articulation for basal thumb arthrosis or instability of the carpometacarpal joint. The CMC Cable FIX™ is a suture button implant designed to stabilize the thumb metacarpal following removal or partial resection of the trapezium.
