It’s never been easier to plan your family vacation. New non-stop flights from New York/Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) provide New York area families with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the Yellowstone Association’s summer learning programs. In the summer of 2012, the splendor of the world’s first national park – Yellowstone National Park – is literally just a phone call or click away.
The Yellowstone Association Institute (YAI) is not just another tour operator. The group is the Park’s official non-profit educational partner, offering multiple sessions of eight different lodging and learning programs throughout the summer. Program participants quickly turn into fans:
“An awesome experience in every regard.”
“I wanted to learn more about the park rather than the usual drive through. I also wanted my daughter to appreciate nature – mission accomplished.”
“In addition to showcasing Yellowstone, this program provided a wonderful time of special bonding with our granddaughter.”
“This is the only way to see the real Yellowstone.”
The non-stop United Airlines flights run every Saturday from June 9 through September 1, 2012, a perfect match for YAI family programs like these:
Complete flight information can be found at the Bozeman Airport website: http://www.bozemanairport.com/.
The Yellowstone Association connects people to Yellowstone National Park and our natural world through education. The YAI has been offering high-quality educational programs in the park for more than 30 years and each year thousands of people gain an insider’s view of the Park’s wildlife, geology and history by participating in the educational adventures. In addition to the programs highlighted above, YAI offers Field Seminars, Private Tours and Backpacking programs (a complete program list for 2012 can be found at http://www.yellowstoneassociation.org/institute/). Reservations for these programs and for cabins at the Yellowstone Overlook Field Campus and Lamar Buffalo Ranch can be made by calling 1-406-848-2400. For more information about any Institute program visit http://www.YellowstoneAssociation.org, FaceBook.com/YellowstoneAssociation or write to the Association at P.O. Box 117, Yellowstone National Park, WY 82190.
The nonprofit Yellowstone Association was founded in 1933 to enhance public understanding, appreciation, and enjoyment of Yellowstone National Park and its surrounding ecosystem. The Association is dedicated to educating visitors about Yellowstone and preserving the Park for future generations. In addition to the Institute, the Association manages educational bookstores and a membership program that generates revenues for the National Park Service. All net proceeds from these operations go back to support the park, and since its inception the organization has provided cash and in-kind funding almost 30 million for Yellowstone National Park.
