Extending the performance capabilities of Orbotech’s Paragon-Xpress laser direct imaging (LDI) systems, Paragon-Xpress 12 supports features sizes down to 20μm. Designed for high throughput of up to 5,000 panels per day, the Paragon-Xpress family is the leading direct imaging solution for mass production of HDI, Flex and Rigid-Flex applications. Combining Orbotech’s proven Large Scan Optics (LSO) Technology™ with high registration accuracy, Paragon-Xpress models improve yields and productivity on the most advanced applications – faster and more cost-effectively than ever before.
