Chi-Town Boot Camps and its personal Chicago trainers offer boot camp sessions that begin at 5:00 a.m. on select weekdays to help those who work during the day. Programs are designed with 3-in-1 body conditioning, muscle toning, and weight loss sessions. Boot camps last 50 minutes and use traditional conditioning equipment combined with step-up exercises, running in place and around the gym, and aerobics and ab training. Each work out is cycled to insure that no program is exactly alike. As an example professional personal trainers’ programs include cardio for twenty minutes, rest for two minutes, aerobics for 20 minutes and then 10 minutes of intense running. It has been scientifically proven that working out and doing change-up workouts first thing in the morning will bring your body into alignment with health. “You will begin to be able to jog up and down stairs, throw a baseball, and wear skinny jeans,” emphasizes Craig Kastning one of the owners and personal trainers at Chi-Town Boot Camps.

Every camper at Lakeview Personal Trainer says, “It kicks your butt, but you leave the gym wanting more and feeling better.” Tobi Davidson exclaims, “What was I thinking?! The amount of work they had us do was crazy! But let me tell you, I went back the next week (after being really sore) and never stopped AND I saw results!” Tobi goes on to say, “The information I have learned about myself and what I need to do to maintain my current body is invaluable! I have never been so challenged, motivated, or educated as I have been since I joined Chi-Town.” Tobi is a 5:00 a.m. camper and states, “I’m never quitting!”

Join Chi-Town Boot Camps 5:00 a.m. sessions by signing up on the web at http://www.chitownbootcamps.com/. Classes last for four weeks and you are guaranteed to be a little sore the first week. “We’re using muscles we haven’t used in a while,” explains Craig Kastning. “The second week your body will feel much tighter. By the third week your clothes will start to feel different. Your tight clothes won’t feel so tight anymore. The fourth week is the happening week. People at work and family members will start asking you if you’re doing anything different.” To help Chicagoans with their early morning workouts, Craig Kastning is offering boot campers the opportunity to refer friends and relatives to the 5:00 a.m. sessions and receive a free week of training. “The more people you refer, the less you will pay for your boot camp,” guarantees Craig Kastning. Those who have taken advantage of referring their office mates to the 5:00 a.m. sessions claim that working out together brings office productivity up to higher levels.
