Brooklyn, NY (PRWEB) June 14, 2012

On June 14th 2012, Allen School of Health Sciences, New York's leading healthcare training school, will hold its 51st annual graduation ceremony at Colden Auditorium in Queens. This year, 1,932 graduates will be added to an alumni base that exceeds 70,000 members and covers five decades.

“The fact that we have 1,932 graduates this year is a testament to the amazing job that our faculty and staff do with our students. A great deal of these students have come to Allen School because they see friends or family members who are working in the medical field because of the training that they received here,” said Jason Teich, Executive Vice President.

This year’s graduates, from the Queens and Brooklyn campuses, will be celebrating the completion of Allen School’s Medical Assistant and Nursing Assistant programs. Students from Allen School’s online Medical Insurance Billing and Coding program are expected to attend from all over the country, and are excited to visit New York City for the very first time with their family and friends.

This year, for the first time, the entire graduation will be streamed live over the internet beginning at 12pm. This will allow graduates, as well as friends, family members and alumni, who could not attend to share in the day’s festivities. The stream can be viewed here.
