Six weeks ago, Global Strategy Connections was requested to locate a working gold mine with a 43-101 for a past client, in North or Central America. They went to work going through their network and within a week they located a working gold mine in Mexico with a 43-101 for sale. During future communications, it was learned the owner had three gold mines, but had only one up for sale. As communications developed, the owner has agreed to sell all three gold mines. The buyer is very interested in the three properties and parties are in late stage negotiations for the three mines. All has gone well to this point and a closing is expected any time.
