PCoE certification was introduced by SAP to assure high-quality support by SAP partners for their indirect customers, focusing on a minimum set of SAP Support standards and requirements. Bokanyi has successfully passed the extensive and stringent audit of its services and support organization. This audit process, involving multiple stakeholders, included technical and functional evaluations, such as organizational support processes and methods, quality of services, skills and competencies of the support team and the support infrastructure. Consistent with SAP’s standards, Bokanyi uses SAP Solution Manager for its support infrastructure.
