Effective June 5, 2012, John D Willbanks, III, President/CEO of Anchor Fabrication, Ltd. acquired all of the assets and operations of DaveCo Industries, Inc.
Anchor Fabrication is a family owned business founded in 1990, which currently has over 400 employees with 4 locations in North Texas operating in over 300,000 square feet. Much like DaveCo's business, they have a heavy emphasis on quality while serving their targeted markets including the Oil & Gas, Defense and Heavy Equipment Industries to name a few.
DaveCo will continue to operate under the DaveCo Industries name and will remain in the same location. Anchor intends to retain all DaveCo employees.
Mark Helterbrand, will remain with the business as Vice President of Business Development reporting to the management team at Anchor.
