Philanthropic Online Market Research Firm appoints experienced Non-Profit Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer and taps panel industry veterans Frank Hayden as Chief Operating Officer and Archie Ignacio as North American Vice President of Client Services.
Founded in 2010, Opinions For Good (Op4G, Inc). a leader among member-based online panel technology companies, recently announced that its Board of Directors has elected Frank Nappo as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Portsmouth, NH, based company.. Op4G is a unique research firm that provides its panel members (non-profit donors, fundraisers and volunteers) the opportunity to participate in sophisticated paid online research surveys, subsequently donating a portion of their compensation to the growing list of over 300 non-profits who have registered with Op4G.

Frank Hayden joins as COO, bringing to his new role more than 18 years’ of organizational leadership experience in the data collection sector. He spent 6 years with Toluna, formerly Greenfield Online, where he was responsible for managing several Major Accounts and sales teams.
Archie Ignacio joins as North American Vice President of Client Services. He brings years of experience in team building, client and project management. Prior to joining Op4G, he spent over 4 years with Toluna as part of the Client Services team. He pioneered the project manager role as the first client service manager hired by Toluna in 2006 where was responsible for developing and managing the first delivery team in the US.
Chris Stearns joins as CTO. He brings 13+ years of web-based software development and leadership experience in a wide variety of established organizations and start-ups throughout the United States.
Op4G has also has doubled the number of sales directors working in its offices throughout the US, adding new execs to support market research clients across the US, and lead the expansion of the company’s sampling business.
