Z Chop Haus will provide an amazing dining experience for our out of town and local guests alike.

Zermatt Resort, America’s Swiss resort in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains, is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Z Chop Haus on Friday, June 15, 2012, according to Steve Eddington, managing partner of Zermatt Resort.

“Z Chop Haus will feature the finest cuts of prime aged steaks and chops seasoned with Utah’s Redmond Sea Salt and cracked black pepper with prices starting at $15 per person,” said Chef Joey Pesner, Executive Chef at Zermatt Resort. Menu items include, but are not limited to, Gruyere Fondue and Shrimp Cocktail for appetizers, authentic Pork Tenderloin Schnitzel with Spatzle, 21-Day Dry Aged Beef Ribeye, Broiled Maine Lobster, or Chateaubriand Carved Tableside for two for entrées, Chocolate Pretzel and Z Chop Haus Tiramisu for dessert.

Z Chop Haus is decorated with stained glass, intricate wood paneling, brown leather, and European style lamps. Authentic European antiques are located throughout the dining room. A number of windows allow sunlight to stream through giving the dining room a warm ambiance and a picturesque view of the beautiful valley. A grand piano is set in the middle of the dining room allowing guests to enjoy live music.
