Sage Hospitality Announces Management Contract for 12 Ohio Hotels

Sage Hospitality, one of the nation’s top hotel management companies, has been chosen to manage a portfolio of 12 select service Marriott hotels in Ohio. The hotels will join this growing division of similar hotel assets. Sage has more than 60 properties under management and is continuing to expand.

The 12 hotels to be managed by Sage Hospitality are part of a 17-hotel Marriott Select Service Portfolio. Sage was awarded this management contract which consists of 1,208 hotel rooms.

The breakdown across the state of Ohio consists of four in the Cleveland area, four in the Columbus area, three in the Cincinnati area and one property in the Toledo/Findlay area. Sage will manage the following properties:

•     TownePlace Suites Columbus Airport Gahanna
•     TownePlace Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash
•     SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Northeast
•     TownePlace Suites Cincinnati Northeast
•     TownePlace Suites Findlay
