Open House for Local Physicians

KishHealth Physician Group, part of the KishHealth System, invites you to an Open House on Thursday, June 28, from 3 – 7 pm, to meet family medicine physicians Jamie Broekhuizen, DO, and Maureen Dela Cruz, MD. Both physicians are now accepting new patients in Sandwich at KishHealth Physician Group, 1310 N. Main Street, Suite 208, in the medical office building on the campus of Valley West Community Hospital.

Dr. Broekhuizen received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006. She completed her residency in family medicine at Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. Broekhuizen spent the last two years practicing in an outpatient family medicine clinic in Holland, MI. Dr. Dela Cruz received her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, in Manila, Phillipines, and completed her residency in family medicine at University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston in 2010. She spent the last two years practicing at a family medicine clinic in Montgomery, TX.

Both doctors are currently accepting patients and the office is open Monday – Friday, with extended office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 8 p.m. To make an appointment for yourself or a family member, call 815.786.3770.
