The Pert Group, a global leader in research-based consulting that facilitates growth strategies for clients, announces two new hires at the company headquarters in Farmington: Curt Stenger and Jim Lee.

Stenger joins The Pert Group as vice president of market analytics. Stenger has a 20-year history of connecting decision sciences to business results: His experience using advanced modeling techniques and approaches covers segmentation, marketing and media mix, forecasting, market structure, brand equity and pricing. Stenger has lectured at Yale University and the University of Michigan.

Lee joins the team as group director of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), specializing in food. Lee has been in the industry for more than 20 years, working as both a corporate researcher and a research supplier. His global and domestic experience covers quantitative and qualitative research projects, along with custom research designs and methodologies.
