Mahvrick nominates 500 qualified females from around the world and names 100 to the list. The Best Dining List focuses on culinary excellence. El Bulli has been number one in the world consistently. Our rubic for our lists is that the individual or organization is in the top of their industry or market. That they have been acknowledged by another list, they have a website or a blog with a ranking, ability to turn impressions into sales, and fit our brand identity. We do have rule breakers.
