Annual List Includes Bellevue-Based Company Focused on Helping Consumers Measure Mobile Performance

Seattle Business magazine today named mobile measurement company RootMetrics as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” in the small business category. The list is broken down by size, with categories for small, midsize, and large companies, as well as non-profits and businesses headquartered outside of Washington. The honor was awarded after employees filled out an anonymous survey about the experience of working at RootMetrics.

The company received high marks from its employees for its combination of clear communication between workers and management, encouragement of new ideas at all levels, a strong benefits package, respected executive leadership, opportunities for employee advancement, a low turnover rate, a fun and rewarding culture, and the ability to innovate consistently.

RootMetrics was founded in 2008 with 2 employees and has since grown to over 50. At the time of the awards survey, RootMetrics had fewer than 30 employees and was therefore included in the small size business category.
