Bellevue, WA (PRWEB) June 15, 2012
Seattle Business magazine today named mobile measurement company RootMetrics as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” in the small business category. The list is broken down by size, with categories for small, midsize, and large companies, as well as non-profits and businesses headquartered outside of Washington. The honor was awarded after employees filled out an anonymous survey about the experience of working at RootMetrics.
“We value our employees and it’s great to see that they value working at RootMetrics,” said CEO Bill Moore.
The company received high marks from its employees for its combination of clear communication between workers and management, encouragement of new ideas at all levels, a strong benefits package, respected executive leadership, opportunities for employee advancement, a low turnover rate, a fun and rewarding culture, and the ability to innovate consistently.
“We are thrilled to be included on such an elite list,” continued CEO Bill Moore. “We’re building a unique culture that empowers employees to do exciting things and be part of an exciting movement. It’s an honor to be featured among such impressive companies and we are delighted to be recognized by one of the preeminent business publications in the area.”
RootMetrics was founded in 2008 with 2 employees and has since grown to over 50. At the time of the awards survey, RootMetrics had fewer than 30 employees and was therefore included in the small size business category.
Based in the Bellevue area, RootMetrics is a fiercely independent data company dedicated to helping improve the daily mobile experience of consumers. Numbers are powerful and helping the mobile consumer is our #1 priority. We’re a facilitator between consumers and carriers, using technology on smartphones to gather independent data so that the carriers hear real-world concerns, can make smarter decisions on how to upgrade their networks, and connect with consumers.
