'Music Makes It Better' Campaign Launches with Justin Bieber, Victoria Justice, and The Band Perry

Children’s National Medical Center today launched a campaign with Justin Bieber, Victoria Justice, and The Band Perry to help children get the care and support they need in the hospital. Called “Music Makes It Better,” the online campaign will raise money for music, arts, and other programs to help children heal, express themselves, and feel better when they are in the hospital for treatment.

“At Children’s National Medical Center, we believe that care is more than just doctors and equipment – it’s also about letting kids be kids and providing every type of support we can to help them feel better,” said Pam King Sams, executive vice president for development at Children’s National. “This campaign will promote the healing power of music while funding critical programs. Anyone can help just by spreading the word about this campaign.”

Bieber and Justice, along with Conan O’Brien, visited kids at Children’s National Medical Center in December 2011, when they were in town for the Christmas in Washington concert.
