Wise brings more than 30 years of healthcare management experience and a passionate commitment to service excellence to Harmony. As vice president of customer success, she will lead all customer-facing teams, including onboarding, training, best practices, customer support, technical services and account management.

Prior to joining the Harmony team, Lori was vice president of client experience for CodeRyte in Bethesda, Maryland where she was responsible for multiple service delivery and professional services teams. Lori has also served in executive roles for both publicly traded and privately held healthcare entities, where she developed and leveraged expertise in process improvement, operations and revenue cycle management. Lori is a former registered nurse who obtained a degree in business management and became board-certified by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians.
