From a 100 square foot basement corner to a 10,000 square foot building, Core3 Solutions celebrates 15 years and 1 month of business as it continues evolve, while using company culture as its driving force.
Starting as a local technology agency that only provided website development, Core3 Solutions founders Paul Chambers and Ryan Deyer saw the need to expand the company’s offerings by providing customers with residential and business IT support.
Not long after, the company evolved again by providing clients with website hosting and eventually adding ongoing digital marketing services as well.
“It’s hard to believe it has already been 15 years and 1 month. This industry has grown so much over that time and we’ve been witness to it,” Deyer said. “That makes it extremely fun knowing that every day there is something new you’ll be able to research and eventually bring to your clients. I’m excited to see what the future holds for the field, us, and our clients.”
The Core3 team is dedicated to providing customers with the right solutions; while day in and day out it’s the company culture that drives the team to stay creative and challenge their skills.
As you look around the Core3 office, you’ll find the team working on various client work. Spend a little more time with them and you’ll hear innovative ideas being bounced off team members over a game of pool, brainstorming while playing pinball and team building on Therapeutic Thursdays or Bass Friday.
“We have such a talented team here,” Chambers said. “With their knowledge and dedication to continued growth, we not only continue to produce amazing results for our clients, but we have also built some very cool startups in the process.”
Core3 continues to encourage its startup and entrepreneurial culture through C3LabSpace, where employees come together to brainstorm and build on new ideas. Created as part of the program, startup’s HavorNeed, Task Missile, and Quotegine, continue to see phenomenal growth.
Recently, Core3 opened a tribute to its rich heritage with the Core3 Museum. Each artifact has a story and has been a part of the agency since it began. The museum includes Core3’s first server and Chambers’ first cell phone and Palm Pilot. The museum even features the very first business plan Chambers wrote to launch the company.
Constantly growing, Core3 is currently looking for a PPC Specialist and Web Programmer to join its dynamic team. For more information about these opportunities, visit http://www.core3solutions.com or join the conversation on Twitter using the hashtag #c3hire.
