The Bay Area Top Workplaces list is part of the national Top Workplaces program, which recognizes employers on 30 regional lists and one national list. Employee evaluations from the program’s “Workplace Dynamics” survey identify environments in which employees “feel inspired and are given the room to do great things,” according to WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, which sponsors the Top Workplaces program.
On Sunday, June 17, 2012, the complete results of the survey were published in a special tabloid pull-out section in the Mercury News, the Oakland Tribune, the Contra Costa Times and the San Mateo County Times. Arena placed 5th overall in the Small Companies division, and received special recognition for its “work/life flexibility.”
