- Define the economic loss doctrine.

Addressing attendees will be Seth Lamden, a Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP partner who has successfully represented utilities, product manufacturers, managed-care companies, law firms and attorneys, property owners, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, life insurers, and other policyholders in negotiations and litigation against domestic, London Market, and Bermuda insurers to resolve coverage disputes arising from a broad array of claims and losses. Following Mr. Lamden’s presentation, there will be an interactive 10-to-15 minute question-and-answer session addressing relevant topics.
