Jacksonville, FL (PRWEB) June 21, 2012
Does your company need more customers? Experts say good public relations is the best way to grow a company fast. Now, the national public relations experts at Axia Public Relations are giving away their knowledge for free.
Axia recently introduced the first in a series of free ebooks designed to teach executives and business professionals how to achieve good public relations for their companies, including how to protect their reputations during a crisis.
The first ebook, “Managing Public Relations in a Crisis,” is available now at http://www.axia.net as a free download. In it, business owners and executives will learn things like: how to choose their company’s spokesperson; how to plan for a crisis even as it’s unfolding; three things they must always say in a crisis and which one to say first; six things they must never say; and how to respond to hostile media.
The free download also includes a printable step-by-step guide to creating a crisis public relations plan so a company’s leaders will be prepared when a crisis happens to their business.
The next two free ebooks are scheduled for release in late June.
“Our goal with the free ebook series and our redesigned 60 Second Impact newsletter is to help companies that want to grow understand what a great national public relations firm does,” said Axia Public Relations firm Principal Jason Mudd, APR, an accredited public relations practitioner. “We are happy to share our expert knowledge with organizations that need insight into PR. When they’re ready for professional help, they’ll remember our expert insights and return to Axia for our guidance.”
