Enabling Sales Organizations to Correlate Sales Rep. Traits with Sales Performance

We believe Talent Analytics for Salesforce is a groundbreaking application and expect to see a wide impact in the way organizations understand, hire and value their employees.

Talent Analytics, Corp. announces Talent Analytics for Salesforce™. This unique analytics application brings together two powerful datasets, sales performance and sales people – giving sales leaders the unprecedented ability to spot trends and find correlations between the innate traits of sales people and their sales performance.

Released on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange, Talent Analytics for Salesforce will enable sales performance metrics to be dynamically combined with Talent Analytics’ unique quantified talent traits of the Sales Reps themselves, yielding insight into benchmarks of top sales performers. These benchmarks can then used to focus on candidates predicted to perform, yielding greater sales performance.

“Correlating sales reps innate traits with performance metrics provides a proactive, strategic lens for sales managers trying to understand what characteristics contribute to sales performance. We believe Talent Analytics for Salesforce is a groundbreaking application and expect to see a wide impact in the way organizations understand, hire and value their employees,” said Greta Roberts, CEO of Talent Analytics, Corp.

Release 1.0 of this application is expected to be released in the third quarter of this year. It will be shown at Dreamforce ’12 in September.
