In celebration of its twentieth anniversary tomorrow, Wednesday, June 20, 2012, the famous Cheese Factory Restaurant in Wisconsin Dells, WI is bringing back an old menu favorite – the Reuben Sandwich with French Fries.

Executive Chef, Ricky Rainaldi and his team have worked very hard to maintain fidelity to the original Reuben recipe in this vegetarian alternative by ensuring that the texture of the veggie “beef” is “just right”, and perfectly seasoned.
Explains Rainaldi, “While we are not seeking to convert anyone to a vegetarian lifestyle, we do want our customers to thoroughly enjoy their meals and have an overall beautifully memorable experience.”

Described by Rachel Ray of the Food Network, as serving “one of four over the top grilled cheese sandwiches in the nation”, the Cheese Factory Restaurant has enjoyed high and steadily increasing patronage in its twenty years, to become one of the most popular restaurants in Wisconsin.
“This year is an exceptionally busy one for the restaurant,” said Restaurant Manager, Maria Torres, “Apart from our anniversary celebrations, we will be hosting various events of International Forgiveness Week and Weekend of Perfect Peace from September 14 through September 23, 2012. Our upper rooms, The Bridge and The Starlight Ballroom will be used for workshops, musical performances and daily 12-Step meetings.”
