The Meridian Voice of Member program will gather feedback from Members regarding their experiences with 6 areas of the Meridian business, including retail, commercial and wealth product lines. Member feedback and results are delivered on a monthly basis to managers and executives via the Corsential Insight & Action Portal, which is fully customized to the organizational structure of Meridian, and designed in a way that will identify key strategic areas of opportunity that will have the greatest positive impact on Members and for Meridian.
