GCSA Adds David Munoz to its Board of Members

Global Clearing & Settlement Advisors (“GCSA”), a leading provider of capital solutions for the clearinghouse industry, announced today that David Munoz, Managing Director, Portfolio Manager, and Global Head of Credit Strategy for BlackRock’s Fixed Income Division and for the R3 Fund, has been appointed to the company’s board of members.

Mr. Munoz has been a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at BlackRock since 2009 and Global Head of Credit Strategy. Mr. Munoz is also a member and co-head of macroeconomic strategy for BlackRock's Core Portfolio Strategy Group. Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Munoz was a senior investment professional within Lehman Brothers’ Global Principal Strategies (GPS) group and a senior banker in Lehman Brothers’ investment banking division. Prior to joining Lehman in 2004, Mr. Munoz was an M&A professional at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Munoz graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. in economics.
