Popular motivational speaker Jonathan Doyle has released a new podcast on the power of limiting beliefs in shaping millions of people's experience of life.

The well known 'Weekly Podcast' which reaches a large number of people around the world is released every Monday and has enjoyed a rapid growth in recent months.

Doyle states, "In human history there have been moments of great breakthrough where people have done the seemingly impossible. Everyone thought that certain barriers could never be broken until people like the Wright Brothers and Roger Bannister and the four minute mile came along. The capacity to do the extraordinary resides in each person but is often powerfully held back by the limiting beliefs and stories we tell ourselves every day."

Doyle who holds a Masters degree in Education and is currently completing a second Masters degree in philosophy has delivered live seminars to over a quarter of a million people and is now delivering a range of online content says that many people could have a profoundly different life if they had an insight into the beliefs that hold them back.

He states, "We are all a complex mix of so many factors. Our childhoods and current environments definitely shape things. However, the neural pathways that we forge over the years can be changed.
It is not easy but it can be done by constantly challenging our negative self talk and learning and reinforcing new beliefs. The price of admission to a new life is high but that does not mean it is impossible. In this podcast on 'Limiting Beliefs" I wanted to give people some simple encouragement about what they could be doing differently to create some real breakthroughs."
