Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) June 22, 2012
A team of employees from Foundation Financial Group’s Atlanta regional center, located at 100 Galleria Pkwy Suite 1400, participated in the Georgia chapter of the UN Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women’s 8th annual walk to prevent violence against women and children.
“Violence, poverty and inequality are very serious issues women face all over the world,” said James S. Brodsky, Foundation Financial Group’s Chief Human Resource Officer. “The UN Women organization is bringing these important problems to light while making a difference in the lives of women everywhere, and Foundation Financial Group is proud to support such a worthy cause.”
Foundation Financial Group employees volunteered their time and made a monetary donation to the UN Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women.
Founded in 2004, the Georgia chapter of the UN Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women strives to promote the mission of UN Women to reduce female poverty, end violence against women, halt the spread of HIV/AIDS among women and girls and achieve gender equality in democratic governance.
