AudioCodes puts focus on making Lync Voice implementations successful through services during global Microsoft partner event.

AudioCodes, “the Lync Voice Experts” will be featuring its comprehensive professional services solutions for Microsoft UC projects at Microsoft WPC 2012 in Toronto, booth #444. As an extension to partner’s own support offerings, the AudioCodes global professional services team offers Lync partners 27 unique services from initial design through deployment and continuing post-sales support. Also soon-to-be available as part of the Microsoft PSLP offering, AudioCodes professional services are a key element to partner success with “one hand-shake” customer support, defusing competitive arguments made by other closed-system UC vendors. With wide-ranging experience of deploying VoIP projects in Lync environments across the world, AudioCodes’ professional services has voice-enabled some of the most visible and large scale Lync implementations – earning the title of “2011 Lync Gateway Partner of the Year”.

In addition, recognizing the growing impact of voice on enterprise networks, AudioCodes recently announced Session Experience Manager (SEM), an enterprise-class network monitoring and management tool that allows businesses and partners to pro-actively identify and rectify Lync network performance issues. Thanks to SEM, partners can eliminate many of the concerns and objections to deploying Lync voice features.

And finally, AudioCodes will be presenting its broad range of voice connectivity solutions for Microsoft Lync, including the newly certified Survivable Branch Appliances (SBA v2), media gateways with ELIN/E911 support, enterprise session border controllers, Office 365 Exchange unified messaging integration and passive call recording, all of which have achieved full Lync qualification.

You can find AudioCodes during WPC at booth #444, available for meeting requests via WPC Connect or via registration on the AudioCodes Lync Resource Page.
