Qbase, LLC and AECOM Technology Corporation (formerly known as McNeil Technologies), today announced their Qbase-McNeil Integrated Solutions (QMIS) Joint Venture has been awarded a 6 year, $360 million contract with the U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.

Under the contract, QMIS will provide program management and mission-critical information technology support services to U.S. ICE customers worldwide. “We are honored that U.S. ICE valued our unique solution to support their mission. Our joint venture management team led by Qbase Senior Vice President, Jim Graves and Information Technology Field Operations (ITFO) Program Manager, Jim Stocks is committed to delivering world-class support to U.S. ICE,” says Steven W. Baldwin, Qbase Chief Executive Officer.

Qbase has chosen Louisa, Virginia for its Program Management Office (PMO) and we have leased space in the Cooke Office Building at 211 W Main Street. “Louisa was a great choice to locate our PMO and made it possible to offer professional and management job opportunities to four Louisa county residents. Because of the nature of our contract, we can provide management services from virtually anywhere. We love the Louisa location because of its close proximity to major metropolitan areas such as Richmond, Charlottesville and Fredericksburg, Virginia, as well as Washington, DC. The rural setting and lack of traffic and congestion were also appealing factors. Qbase is proud to be a part of the Louisa County business community,” says Jim Stocks. Qbase also has offices in Reston, Virginia and Springfield, Ohio.
