In keeping with the company’s continued emphasis on growing its services throughout the nation, these promotions will provide Supplemental Health Care with strategic leadership to support its sustainable advancement within the healthcare staffing industry.
After citing notable growth in its north central region, Supplemental Health Care divided this area into the new east and mid-west regions to strategically focus its business development efforts in these key markets. These two new regions will cover 12 states and include some of the largest markets Supplemental Health Care services in the United States.

In Blankenship’s role as Senior Regional Vice President, she will assume responsibility of 21 divisions within the mid-west region including Ohio, Michigan, Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma and Kansas. She will manage seven nursing and 14 allied teams that collectively garner sales of $75.5 million annually, while also developing recruiting and operational processes, leading client support efforts, managing budgets and employee training, and ensuring local offices comply with all Joint Commission, federal and state regulations.
As Regional Vice President, Schultheis will oversee operations in Virginia, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, utilizing her extensive staffing knowledge to help Supplemental Health Care diversity its existing business partnerships. Schultheis’ primary responsibility will include implementing business development strategies, managing annual budgets and monitoring operating costs, and creating marketing and recruiting strategies to foster long-term growth and profitability among seven offices in the east region.
