Houston, TX (PRWEB) June 22, 2012

Picture It Settled™ Lite, the smartphone application that helps negotiators optimize settlement, was mentioned in the tech sections' “60 Apps in 60 Minutes” presentation at the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting. The presentation highlighted smartphone applications helpful to law practitioners on the 14th and 15th of June in Houston, Texas.

Presenter Mark Unger is a San Antonio Family Law Attorney and Mediator. His presentation “60 Apps in 60 Minutes” listed Picture It Settled™ Lite, available on the Android, Apple, and BlackBerry market, as a Mediation App. According to Unger, Picture It Settled™ is “the only Mediation App I've found that allows you to input your case info, log offers and counteroffers, and gauge where the round might end in dollars and time.” All of the Apps were related to the field of law and were each explained in one minute to a standing room only crowd, with a repeat performance the following day. Don Philbin, founder and developer of Picture It Settled™, was thrilled with the response and recognition of the App in the meeting. “We are so pleased that shortly after its release, Picture It Settled™ Lite was recognized at the American Bar Tech Show and during the Texas Bar Convention in '60 Apps in 60 Minutes' programs. Disputants have used the new App in over 3,000 cases and their feedback has been great,” said Philbin.

Picture It Settled™ Lite helps litigants analyze their positions and plot successful negotiation strategies to optimize settlement. The App tracks dollar moves in negotiations and the time intervals between those offers. It then analyzes and graphs the pattern of the negotiation dance. The enterprise version of the Picture It Settled™ software package is set to launch in 2012. For more information, please visit the website: http://www.pictureitsettled.com.
