Frank DiMaria, owner of Frank’s Dr. Energy Saver®, is bike riding in the Roswell Park Cancer Institute’s Ride for Roswell on Saturday, June 23rd at the University of Buffalo in Amherst, NY.
The race has significant meaning for Frank as he talks about his own health strides: “I lost over 150 pounds and went from having a hard time catching my breadth, a hard time walking, and even a hard time sleeping, to feeling healthy, active, and alive again!”
Other riders and employees are joining ‘Frank’s Ride for Roswell’ team who will bike anywhere from three to 100 miles. Frank will bike the 33-mile route alongside thousands; and although he knows he won’t be coming in first, he will “be feeling strong and healthy,” and asks others to sign up to support the Cancer Institute.
The Roswell Park Cancer Institute, located on a 25-acre campus in downtown Buffalo, provides comprehensive cancer care, research, and education. Its revolutionary model of a multidisciplinary approach to cancer has scientists and clinicians working together, and has become the standard of the health care industry.
Frank’s Dr. Energy Saver offers one-stop shopping for all home energy savings and services including insulation, heating and cooling, duct repair, replacement windows and water heaters. Frank DiMaria has been working in this industry for more than 20 years servicing residents of Buffalo, Amherst, Tonawanda, and all surrounding areas in Erie and Niagara counties.
