ADDIOZ CORPORATION awarded 2nd place for best small company to work for.

Seattle Business magazine honored Washington state’s 100 Best Companies to Work For at an awards dinner on June 14, 2012 at The Westin, Seattle. Brock Huard emceed the night’s awards presentation, which featured a keynote speech by Pete Carroll, Head Coach of the Seattle Seahawks. ADDIOZ CORPORATION is a leading Bellevue-based provider of executive search, premium technical recruiting and corporate training solutions, today announced that it has been named the 2nd Best Company to Work For at Seattle Business magazine’s annual event in the small business category. Also included in this award was SustainableHire, a division of ADDIOZ, which specializes in recruiting talent for sustainability-focused companies.

To selection process included criteria that evaluated strong leadership and strong core values essential to developing a successful enterprise. The criteria were determined by a comprehensive statewide survey of more than 10,000 employees across a range of industries. “The companies on our 100 Best Companies To Work For list have created better workplaces by addressing such issues as communications, leadership and culture,” said Leslie Helm, editor of Seattle Business. ”As the economy recovers and competition for talent intensifies, these companies will have an edge.”

Seattle Business magazine ranks companies based on information submitted by company representatives and the results of employee surveys. A panel of distinguished judges then decides on the final rankings for each category. A full list of the winners and various company profiles is available at:
